How to delete your data

You can remove a single connection, or delete your whole Clipzula account and everything in it.
Disconnect one platform
- In Clipzula: go to Connected accounts and choose Disconnect. We delete that platform’s access tokens immediately.
- From the platform: remove Clipzula in your Google account permissions, in Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, or in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.
Delete your account and all data
Email support@clipzula.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm by email and then delete your account, footage, clips, transcripts and connected platform tokens within 30 days. Backups and logs are overwritten within a further 30 days.
Clips that were already published to YouTube, TikTok or Instagram live on those platforms; delete them there if you want them gone.
