Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Clipzula, a service operated by clipzula.com (Dutch Chamber of Commerce no. 77414926), based in the Netherlands. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use Clipzula.
1. The service
Clipzula records or receives long-form video, uses automated analysis to find moments worth clipping, renders short vertical clips with captions, and publishes them to social media accounts you connect, on the schedule you set. Clipzula is currently in private beta: features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login details secret; you are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us right away at support@clipzula.com if you suspect someone else has access.
3. Your content and your rights to it
You are responsible for the content you upload, record, clip and publish with Clipzula. You confirm that you have all the rights and permissions needed to use it, including permission from the original creator when you clip someone else’s stream or video, and that publishing it doesn’t break any law or the rules of the platform you post to.
You keep ownership of your content. You give us a limited licence to store, process, transcribe, edit and publish it only as needed to provide the service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
4. Connected platforms
When you connect YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or another platform, you authorise Clipzula to post to that account on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. We don’t control those platforms and aren’t responsible for how they rank, limit, remove or monetise your posts.
5. What you may not do
- Use Clipzula for content you don’t have the rights to, or that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or harms minors.
- Use it to spam, mislead viewers, or break a connected platform’s rules.
- Try to access another user’s account or data, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around plan limits.
- Resell access to Clipzula without our written permission.
6. Plans, limits and fees
The private beta is free. Paid plans will each include a number of clips and an amount of storage per month; when paid plans launch, we will show the prices before you choose one and you will not be charged without agreeing. When you reach a limit, processing pauses until the next period or until you upgrade.
7. Copyright complaints
If you believe content published through Clipzula infringes your rights, email support@clipzula.com with the content’s location, the work you own, and your contact details. We will act promptly, which may include removing the content and suspending accounts that repeatedly infringe.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Clipzula and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where reasonable we will warn you first and give you the chance to download your clips.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Clipzula is provided “as is”. Automated clip selection can make mistakes, and we don’t guarantee any number of views, followers or earnings. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless consumer law where you live gives you the right to go to your local court.
